Daisy Hu is expected to graduate from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering in December 2017. As part of the early admit program, she is simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree and beginning her graduate courses during the fall semester.

During her past two summers at ISO New England, which administers the wholesale energy market in New England, Daisy has built multiple tools and programs to query, analyze, and summarize important trends in the energy market. Additionally, as a teaching assistant for the past three semesters in the ORIE department and the past three years in the Physics department, Daisy possesses the communication skills to break down complex topics to students coming from a variety of different backgrounds.

Outside of school, she enjoys trying new foods from many different cultures and is an avid Boston sports fan.
