Uma Prabhu Centennial Conference

Professor Narahari Umanath (Uma) Prabhu passed away in October 2022 at the age of 98. During his long and distinguished career Uma contributed tremendously to the fields of queueing theory and applied probability in general. To commemorate Uma Prabhu's 100th birthday (in 2024), the School of Operations Research and Information Engineering at Cornell organized a workshop in his honor.
