Harris Neifield received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, where he was a finance major and economics minor. He also has a MBA with summa cum laude honors from Villanova University.

As a summer investment banking associate at RBC, Harris determined DSRA, revolver needs, term loan requirements and likely DSCR for potential acquirer of a $2bn+ target based on analysis of the target’s financial data and modification of sell-side CIM. While working at SEER, he worked on behalf of a publicly traded asset management firm. His data analyses and subsequent optimizations helped the firm generate nine figures of new revenue and launch new products in the debt, currency hedged equity, commodity and managed futures, smart beta and interest rate strategy asset classes.

The data driven aspects of finance appeal to Harris’ personality and mathematical strengths. His extensive leadership experience includes bringing in clients, closing deals, and building and maintaining C-Level relationships with clients at Fortune 500 companies. Harris has demonstrated an ability to manage his time well through jobs with strenuous hours and working full time while getting an MBA with summa cum laude honors in the evening.

In his spare time, Harris competes in amateur powerlifting competitions, reading and traveling abroad.
