Expected Graduation Date: December 2011

I received my bachelor degrees of Applied Math & Statistics at Stony Brook University and Business Administration at Ajou University as a dual degree program. I acquired financial statement analysis skills during the intensive education course at CPA education institute. I also acquired financial knowledge while I studied for the CFA Level 1 test. Currently I am intensely preparing for the CFA Level II test next June.

During my internship in the accounting department at the Koryo Stainless Steel Business Company, I managed accounting payable and receivable, and participated in making Balance Sheets and other important financial statements.  It was a great opportunity to apply what I learned from studying accounting to understand and analyze the condition of the company through financial statements.

Now I have joined the Financial Engineering program at Cornell University to pursue advanced financial skills and quantitative knowledge. I am especially interested in pricing and hedging derivatives, risk management, and fixed income.
