Hasan Ersin Yoruk earned his B.S degree in manufacturing systems and industrial engineering at Sabanci University, one of the top tier universities in Turkey, where he had the honorary scholarship and graduated as the second highest ranking students in 2011. He decides to work in the financial markets after he had a great academic experience in Finance at London School of Economics in 2009.

The evolution of financial markets in the emerging countries has been fast but not completed, yet. His long term goal is contributing the structuring processes of financial markets in Turkey. Hasan’s decision to study financial engineering aims to understand mathematical theory underlying finance and real life limitations for markets in order to understand the structural basis of financial markets and seek for the innovative solutions for the limitations, during the structuring processes.

Upon graduation, Hasan intends to pursue a career in asset or portfolio management, or sales and trading.

In his free time, Hasan enjoys playing musical instrument, baglama, and watching football game.
