Dana Liu joined the Master of Engineering program at Cornell University with a concentration in Applied Operations Research in the fall of 2013. She recently graduated with her bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering in May 2013 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

During her time at UIUC, Dana has held various leadership positions within the student organizations. She co-founded and served as international relationship director of CUBE Consulting, the first chapter of Junior Enterprise in the U.S., and vice president of Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering Society (WECE). She spent her junior year studying in France at Supélec.

Dana interned at PwC China as an IT consultant last summer. She prepared and updated Banking Technology News Report, and volunteered to facilitate another team to develop banking product recommendations during her free time. She researched and collected information about innovative banking technologies and products, and performed research on various money market models and recent changes in Chinese banking regulations & policies.

In her spare time, Dana enjoys traveling, running, and playing ping pong and tennis.
