Qiujie Wu

Biography

Qiujie (Jill) Wu received her bachelor’s degree in applied and computational mathematical science, statistics and economics from University of Washington in 2011.

Prior to attending Cornell University, she interned at Citi in the summer of 2010. She made an in-depth analysis of clients’ investment portfolio, researched various investment products and conducted due diligence review of potential clients. In the past summer of 2011, she interned at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, in which she leveraged her knowledge of finance and quantitative skills to conduct research in equities trading, clearing and settlement system.

Upon graduation from Cornell, Jill intends to leverage her quantitative skills and finance knowledge to pursue a career in trading, strategy, fixed income securities or asset management.

In her spare time, Jill enjoys traveling, hiking and skiing.
