Nicolo received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Management Engineering with a concentration in finance from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

In summer 2016, he interned at UBS in the Sales & Trading Department, rotating on the Exotic Equity Derivatives Trading, Equity Electronic Trading and EM FX Trading desks. He gained exposure to multiple aspects of the business, including high-touch/low-touch Trading, Sales and Prime Brokerage.

Previously, he worked as a research assistant in a major project performed by the business school of his University, where he personally interacted with more than 100 CEOs. He demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills when he coordinated teams that represented his university in two major challenges organized by the CME Group and the CFA Society Italy.

Nicolo combines strong quantitative competences with a broad business background. His other qualifications include relevant academic projects and prestigious scholarships. During his studies, he developed a genuine passion for markets and financial securities, both from a theoretical and empirical perspective, and he chose to study financial engineering in order to be at the forefront of developments made in the financial industry. His main areas of interest are Sales & Trading, Structuring and Research. Nicolo plays the guitar and enjoys sports.
