Biography

Clement completed his bachelor of science at Ecole Centrale Paris, a leading French engineering school, and graduated among the top 7% of his class. He received strong education in science and management, with a focus on applied mathematics. In the applied operations research concentration, Clement is developing his technical skills in data mining, machine learning and statistics.

At ECP, Clement was president of a 50-person student organization, which allowed him to strengthen his management and leadership skills. He also worked as a statistician in the Smart Consult project, an innovative idea about quantifying a medical test. He used machine learning techniques on R software to construct accurate descriptors of the patients’ data. An android application was launched and the project attracted a group of three entrepreneurs to found a start-up. This project has also aroused in him a strong interest in data science.

In his spare time, Clement enjoys playing soccer and skiing.
