Konstantin Getmanchuk is currently a Vice President in the Structured Finance group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He graduated from Cornell University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering. After Cornell Konstantin joined the Equity Derivatives group at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on a variety of derivative transaction with large corporate clients until 2010. Since 2010 he has been a part of the Structured Finance team, which is responsible for structuring and underwriting secured debt and equity issuances across various sectors. Konstantin focuses on analytical work related to structuring and modeling various transactions.
