Kim Erle is a co-founder of Trajectory Asset Management L.L.C., an institutional asset management firm whose focus is risk-controlled investing. She leads the firm’s compliance function and acts as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to founding Trajectory, Ms. Erle worked as a strategy consultant and Partner of Mitchell Madison Group and its successor firms, USWeb/CKS and marchFIRST; as a sales manager at Bloomberg; and as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers.
Ms. Erle holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering (with Honors) from Cornell University, an M.A. in International Affairs and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University where she received the Beta Gamma Sigma Alumni Award for highest academic performance in the graduating class.
In addition to her work on the CFEM Advisory Council, Ms. Erle serves on the Board of Out2Play, a New York based non-profit dedicated to building playgrounds in NYC public schools.
